Hi, I’m Josyanne — also known as Sixx.
I’m a visually impaired photographer based in Montreal, currently studying at CFP Lachine.
I work between what is seen and what is felt. Chasing the in-between moments: the pause before movement, the blur before memory settles, the fragments most people miss.
My visual impairment isn’t a limit in my practice, but part of how I read the world. It shifts my attention toward texture, tension, and the quiet details inside a frame.
Through this, I’m building a body of work that holds one idea at its core:
disability does not cancel artistry.
